Elzanne Louwrens | Chief Executive Officer
In my vocabulary, Digital Marketing is synonymous with passion and I have been privileged to be able to follow my passion for the past 16 years.
Working in industries such as eCommerce, Education, Finance, Law, and Motor Service, there has not been a moment where my passion has not fuelled my pursuit for excellence. Out of all of these, Digital Marketing and Education hold the top two spots on my list of passions.
I launched Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) in 2021 and have not looked back since.
Working with a growing number of driven and hard-working specialists, together we strive for perfection. The team I have put together holds firm the belief that value and quality always take priority.
Hobbies
My hobbies include a love for reading which knows no limit. I thrive on researching every conceivable topic, as I believe knowledge is power. I take pride in mentoring and training those eager to learn.

My hobbies include a passion for reading and writing, of which I have a deep love for poetry. I enjoy listening to music, socialising with loved ones, and creating and sharing memories with my family. I also love surrounding myself in nature with great admiration of the world around me.

I am a content creator, I started writing on a whim and to my surprise, I was pretty good at it. Whether it is writing, graphics or videos, I am your girl. I like working at Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) because it is the perfect place for me to grow and to develop my skills as a creative and an entrepreneur.

Karla Nortier | Content Writer
As a young adult, I have never had any previous work experience in any field, and my job with Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) is the first real job I have had. I came into this company unsure of what the work field entails and without any qualifications. When I look at the work I am putting out now, almost a year later, I cannot believe how far I have come.
I have learned so much about marketing and it is great to have a job where I can use my writing skills. The team’s support is truly amazing, whenever I felt unsure or had a question, they would reassure me and demonstrate the task to make me feel comfortable with the work.
I can now say with confidence that I am working on content writing and link building – and thanks to the team I know exactly what to do. I am also constantly learning new things and I know that working with DMS is helping me grow and learn so much more at quite a young age.

I am a junior web administrator at Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS). I mainly work on websites and graphics. Before I joined DMS, I was freelancing in Branding, while struggling to find employment. DMS took me in with open arms, knowing I didn’t have much experience and ever since I’ve been employed by DMS, I’ve developed and learnt a lot of new things and skills.

My hobbies are: Football (soccer), taking long drives, fishing, cooking, going out with friends and hiking

Pabalelo Tladi | Junior Link Building Specialist
I am a Junior Linking Building Specialist. My role is focused on creating and implementing strategic plans that will improve our client’s SEO. I’ve been at DMS now for close to a year and I’ve loved working at DMS since the very beginning. The culture and the people as a group, and as individuals are some of the best that you can ever ask for.
Hobbies
One of my favourite hobbies is cooking and learning new cooking methods and recipes from around the world. I love video games and anime and I enjoy going out on my skateboard from time to time (No I cannot do any tricks).
